We should figure out what to have for each milestone.

Here's a rough thing to start off with. Feel free to shift/add things

First Quarter:
X Concept art, animation, rough level designs finished
- Basic sidescrolling platform & hittest implemented
X wolf animation completed
- Storyline, plot, and dialogue finished

Summer & Fall Quarter:
- ?Open World implemented
- Items implemented (health packs, power ups)

Winter '11:
- churn out levels
- Enemies & Bosses implemented

In my opinion; the story/dialog should be part of the concept development, as they guide us through the levels (the 'why' to the whole game)
Also, what do you mean by 'Open World' ?

Open world is the place you run around in, and you can select a level to go into.
